We will collect information about you when you register with this website, place an order or booking for our products or services, and request further information from us. The information we collect includes your name, postal address, billing address, e-mail address and telephone number so that we can contact you accordingly. We may also obtain information about your usage of this website using cookies.
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION PROTECTED?
We take protection of your information seriously and have in place security measures, both physical and technology-based, to keep any such information safe. Internally, we restrict access to personal information. Only employees who need the information in order to do their jobs have access to it. We will never transfer your data to any company or institution outside the UK.
If you choose to pay us by credit or debit card, i.e. through a ‘direct payment gateway’ we will store your card data This data in encrypted by means of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of card suppliers such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and our service providers.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
We have reviewed and where appropriate developed new systems and policies to ensure personal data is collected, stored and disposed of in a manner compliant with the requirements of the GDPR.
